God’s Salvation Plan for Creation – 4

Scripture

But we are citizens of heaven, where the Lord Jesus Christ lives. And we are eagerly waiting for him to return as our Savior. He will take our weak mortal bodies and change them into glorious bodies like his own, using the same power with which he will bring everything under his control. Philippians 3:20-21

Background

God’s salvation plan is a progressive transformation of humanity into alignment with heaven. At the cusp of the millennium, nations undergo judgment, collapse, and renewal, revealing that true stability comes not from systems but from hearts shaped by God’s truth.

This prepares the way for the Millennium—an age of righteous order—where souls of the fourth dimension remain on earth to grow without the influence of lower dimensional souls. After a few thousand years, a new era dawns: the Age of the New Heavens and New Earth. In this phase, souls from the first through third dimensions, together with those of the fifth, are gathered to the earth, forming one integrated society alongside the fourth dimensional souls already present. By restructuring the first, second and third heaven, God creates a new environment to bring a depth of regeneration not attainable in previous eras.

Salvation unfolds as a gradual ascent—through repentance, regeneration, and inner change—rather than mere religious identity. Souls are refined across varying states of existence and drawn upward into higher spiritual dimensions. Ultimately, humanity is transformed from weakness into glory, conformed to the likeness of Jesus Christ and fully aligned with God’s order.

Observation

Believers are “citizens of heaven,” whose identity and destiny are not rooted in earthly systems but in a higher, heavenly order under Jesus Christ. When He returns, He will transform the world progressively while bringing salvation to humanity. This salvation includes the transformation of the believers’ bodies from one degree of glory to another until they become like His. Through this process, humanity is elevated into a higher dimension of existence, fully aligned with God’s order.

At cusp of the Age of Righteous Order (the millennium), we will witness the following:

China:

The nation’s population has fallen to one-third of what it is today, the majority having perished through plagues. Governance is broadly different from what it once was. The tight administrative control that formerly characterized the state has largely disappeared. In its place there is, at first, a widespread sense of disorientation, for people can no longer look to a central authority to keep everything in order. Yet such centralized control is no longer necessary, for society is now guided by the truth embedded within each individual’s heart.

Education is oriented toward the holistic development of the human person; a process of cultivating wisdom, character, and service rather than a race for credentials.

Technology and AI are utilized primarily for the progress and well-being of society, as well as for the responsible stewardship of creation, rather than for the enrichment of elites.

The merchant’s fulfillment no longer comes from profit alone, but more importantly from seeing people’s lives improved through one’s products, services, or innovations.

The nation’s financial system likewise no longer exists to hoard wealth, but to allocate resources efficiently for human development and the common good.

The military industry has disappeared for there are no enemies to guard against.

Israel:

At the cusp of the millennium, Israel undergoes profound divine cleansing. Its population has fallen to less than 15% of what it is today, the vast majority having perished through wars, disasters, and plagues. There is no government and no semblance of governance. Industries have collapsed, for the expertise that once sustained them has largely disappeared. Factories and data centers lie in ruins, leaving the nation without the technological and industrial foundations it once possessed. In the wake of such devastation—and through the aid of other nations who come to help rebuild—its former sense of superiority fades. In its place emerges a new humility, as it begins to recognize other nations not as lesser, but as equally significant partners in its restoration.

Japan:

Similar to Israel, Japan also goes through profound cleansing. Hence, its population has fallen to less than 15% of what it once was, with the majority having perished through wars, disasters, and plagues. There is no central government; governance is carried out at the village level. Industries have largely vanished, as much of the expertise that once sustained them has disappeared. Factories and data centers lie in ruins, leaving the country without the industrial and technological infrastructure that once defined it. In the wake of such poverty and devastation—and through the aid of other nations who come to help rebuild, Japan lays aside its former sense of superiority. In its place emerges a growing humility and a recognition of the equal worth of other nations.

Germany:

Germany has repented from her tendency towards superiority and dominance over others. Hence, Germany did not experience drastic cleansing as Japan and Israel did. Its population has fallen to about 50% of what it is today, with the majority having perished through plagues. Nevertheless, the nation continues to produce and trade, though its industries are no longer as powerful as they once were.

Singapore:

Singapore’s population has fallen to about 55% of what it is today, with the majority having perished through plagues. Nevertheless, the nation continues to produce and trade, as much of its industrial base remains intact. The country’s educational philosophy has also shifted: growing up within a wholesome family environment is now regarded as more important than attaining a prestigious university education.

What can we learn?

Truth

God shows no regard for a people’s religion, ethnic background, global or social status; rather, He evaluates each nation’s value system and mindset. Those whose values and mindset align with His, He preserves and elevates. True worship is not about bowing down to Jesus and praising His name, but following His value system and mindset with a pure motive. The nation’s value system and mindset is the defining factors that shape its future—not its talent or technological advancement, but whether its values and thinking align with God. A nation may be founded on a particular religion and take pride in it, yet on the day of judgment, nothing will testify on its behalf except its works.

Nothing can turn a people from the path of destruction to the path of salvation except repentance—acknowledging what is wrong and choosing to do what is right, regardless of the cost. The price of repentance may be high; it often requires humbling one’s dignity and making restitution. No matter how ruthless or cruel a nation’s deeds have been, God can look past its sins when He sees genuine remorse—not just momentary, but sustained across generations, without repeating the sins of their forefathers. Therefore, a nation must renounce the evil deeds of its past so that a new path toward salvation may be forged.

The ultimate purpose of God’s plan of salvation is the progressive transformation and ascent of humanity—from lower states of existence into the fullness of the kingdom of heaven—so that all are conformed to heaven’s culture and mindset, leaving behind realms that no longer reflect that reality. Accordingly, this involves the migration of souls from the second heaven—the first through fourth dimensions—into the third heaven, the kingdom of God. Over time, these lower-dimensional realms will be emptied and no longer inhabited. Those who dwell within them will undergo regeneration, gradually coming to embody the culture and mindset of the higher dimensions.

How does God migrate souls the lower dimensions into the higher dimensions of heaven? To answer that question, let us first explore the living conditions in the lower dimension spirit worlds before the millennium begins.

The 4th Dimension Spirit World: There are trees, hills, and valleys, but no houses or buildings except in the higher regions of the spirit world. The environment alternates between intense heat and extreme cold, though conditions are more temperate at higher levels. Souls do not possess solid or physical bodies and can pass through one another freely. Yet, to those who dwell there, the buildings feel tangible and real. That said, souls from the fourth dimension do not reside in these structures, as they are reserved for visiting souls from higher dimensions.

Souls who dwell here possess free will but are constrain by the laws of the spirit world. They are free to travel to any region of the spirit world using the limited energy they possess. Souls can interact with one another when permitted, but they cannot influence one another in anyway. Hence, souls here live as mere observers without the ability to influence or change anything except themselves.

Souls spend their time recalling their past lives, and at times, listening to the experiences of others. This is with the purpose that through this continual reflection—both personal and shared—their convictions and mindsets gradually evolve. This process unfolds without direct guidance from God or higher-dimensional beings.

The 3rd Dimension Spirit World: Unlike the fourth-dimensional world, the third-dimensional realm is largely empty and void. Only in its higher regions are there faintly discernible mountains and valleys. The environment, like that of the fourth dimension, alternates between intense heat and extreme cold. Souls here do not possess physical or solid forms, nor can they interact with one another; they exist in complete isolation.

Because they dwell in a void, the only means by which souls can exercise free will is through their thoughts. As such, they spend their time reflecting on their past lives. This is with the purpose that through this continual inward reflection, their convictions and mindsets may gradually evolve. This process unfolds entirely without direct guidance from God or from higher-dimensional beings.

The 2nd Dimension Spirit World: Souls here exercise their free will solely through their thoughts. This is with the purpose that through this continual inward reflection, their convictions and mindsets may gradually evolve. Like the 3rd dimension, they exist in a void—but one of complete, pitch-black darkness. There is only unending stillness and silence. Their minds are consumed with regret over their actions, no longer blaming others, but themselves. Hence, they will be given opportunity to incarnate and work out their salvation according to the way established by Jesus.

The 1st Dimension Spirit World (Hell): Souls here must be distinguished from those in the lake of fire (the lowest region of hell) where there is continual torment, and where salvation is no longer possible. The souls here do not suffer in a way that is traditionally believed with fires that does not go out or worms that do not die. However, their minds are continually filled with anguish and blame for they have not come to own their misdeeds. Hence, this is a form of mental torment. After a period of time, they are assessed for their readiness to progress to the 2nd dimension world—but only once they have learned to take responsibility for their actions and have developed genuine remorse.

– How is life like in the higher dimensions (5th to 7th) of the spirit world?

The 5th Dimension Spirit world: Souls in the 5th dimension make up approximately 98% of all souls in the third heaven (the Kingdom of God). Unlike those in the lower dimensions, each soul possesses a form or body that enables interaction with both animate and inanimate elements, much like in the material world. More than 80% of these souls were granted entry into the Kingdom during the Age of Chaos—from the time of Adam to the beginning of the millennium.

The 6th Dimension Spirit World: Souls in the 6th dimension account for about 1.8% of all souls in the third heaven. Like those in the 5th dimension, they possess bodies; however, these are of a higher order and greater flexibility. While 5th-dimension souls can access other spirit realms, 6th-dimension souls can move freely between both the spiritual and material worlds at will. Around 20% of these souls entered during the Age of Chaos. Notably, about 75% of 6th-dimension souls are commissioned to govern or rule over other spirit worlds throughout the universe.

The 7th Dimension Spirit World: Souls in the 7th dimension comprises 0.2% of all the souls in the third heaven. Just 2 souls were added to the 7th dimension during the Age of Chaos.

– The Age of the New Earth

God’s plan of salvation unfolds in three distinct phases: the Age of Chaos, the Age of Righteous Order, and the Age of the New Earth.

The Age of Chaos begins with the creation of Adam and spans approximately 6,000 years. At its close, the Age of Righteous Order (the millennium) commences. During this period, most souls from the first through third dimensions return to their respective spirit realms, where they remain until this age—lasting several thousand years—comes to an end. Thereafter, the Age of the New Earth begins.

In the Age of the New Earth, the lower dimension (1st to 4th) spirit worlds and the 5th dimension spirit world collapses into one. This brings together the souls from the 5th dimension and the lower dimension spirit worlds causing them to dwell as one community on the earth. Through this close proximity, souls from the lower dimensions are able to experience a greater measure of grace, enabling deeper regeneration.

At the same time, the souls from the 5th dimension will experience their own regeneration through their service towards the souls from the lower dimensions. The New Earth functions as a place of regeneration not only for souls from the lower dimension, but also for souls from the 5th dimension.

– Regeneration on the New Earth

Souls from the 1st dimension are given bodies and transferred to the New Earth. Unlike their existence in the 1st dimension spirit world—where they are unable to exercise free will—life on the New Earth grants them a limited capacity to make personal choices. Right choices lead to regeneration, while harmful choices are not permitted. These souls live in designated environments, set apart from the broader community, with carefully limited social interaction. Their daily lives are highly structured, consisting of work, education, and guided regeneration programs. In comparison to souls from higher dimensions, their cognitive and emotional capacities (IQ and EQ) are more limited.

Souls from the 2nd dimension are also given bodies and transferred to the New Earth. In this realm, they are granted a greater degree of freedom than those from the 1st dimension. Although they remain set apart from the wider community, their social interaction is less restricted. Movement is generally permitted, though still under guidance and regulation. Like the souls of the 1st dimension, they are internally disabled from making bad choices. Their cognitive and emotional capacities are more developed than those of 1st dimension souls, enabling them to engage more meaningfully with their environment and the process of regeneration.

Souls from the 3rd dimension are permitted to interact freely with the wider community. However, because they are still not as developed in their cognitive and emotional capacities as those of higher dimensions, they not allowed to perform certain functions and activities. Like souls from the first and second dimensions, they are safeguarded from making harmful choices. Their continued growth in making constructive decisions is nurtured through close interaction with and guidance from souls of higher dimensions.

Souls from the 4th dimension unlike the souls from the lower dimensions,  dalready possess bodies as they have been living on the earth duringansit from the millennium before befote to the New Earth Here, on the age of the New Earth commences. T,  hey millennpossess the same rights and freedoms similar to those in the 5th dimension. And they are endowed with full free will, as the safeguards that restrain those in lower dimensions (1st to 3rd) from making harmful choices are no longer present. Their cognitive and emotional capacities are on par with those of the fifth dimension.

However, they do not possess the supernatural abilities of 5th dimensional beings, such as teleportation. Their greatest challenge for growth is learning to love God above themselves.

– Motivation for Regeneration on the New Earth

For Souls from 1st to 3rd dimension: On the New Earth, the benefits of regeneration for souls from the first to the third dimension are far more evident than on the earth during the Age of Chaos, where spirituality often seemed unrewarded. In this new reality, lower-dimensional souls are naturally motivated to ascend, seeking a greater degree of freedom.

Moreover, since cognitive and emotional capacities are directly tied to one’s spiritual dimension, it becomes immediately clear that growth yields tangible advantages. Here on the New Earth, it is unmistakably worthwhile to rise to higher spiritual dimensions.

For Souls from the 4th dimension: The motivation for souls in the 4th to move up to the 5th is love. Even though the 5th dimension may avail some supernatural abilities, but the price is high. For one must give up his personal passions and even his own life to fulfill God’s will.

For Souls from the 5th dimension: The motivation for souls in the 5th dimension to ascend to the 6th is rooted in sacrificial love for those who appear lesser. While 5th dimension souls do not hesitate to lay down their lives for God, giving oneself for another who seems lesser is a true test of what love entails. On the New Earth, 5th dimensional souls are appointed to serve those beneath them. Through this, they grow not only in their love for God, who is infinitely higher, but also in genuine love for those who seem lesser.

Applications

You can bring salvation to others by walking with them in genuine love. By walking with them, we do not preach to them but to share our lives with them. When we walk with them, we cause them to see the way we deal with life’s challenges, the way we uphold truth and integrity, and the way we give even when we are in need. Salvation is not the goal itself, but the natural result of a life that has been truly changed.

Work alongside people of other faiths in the shared pursuit of righteousness and the good of the nation. Christianity is not an end in itself, but a means of shaping lives and communities in ways that reflect God’s values. Jesus did not call us to bow and praise His name. But He called us to emulate Him, to walk in His ways. Therefore, let the church be a living example, one that inspires all people toward a more compassionate, humble, and just society.

Grow by serving those who seem lesser, not just those who seem greater. In practical terms, this means investing your time, energy, and care into people who cannot offer you anything in return — those who are spiritually immature, socially marginalized, cognitively limited, or simply difficult to love. True spiritual development, according to this framework, is measured not by how high you can rise in status, but by how low you are willing to go in love.

Prayer

Father, as citizens of heaven, we await Your Son’s return. Transform our weakness into glory, renew our minds, align our hearts with Your truth, and shape our lives to reflect Your will, that we may live in righteousness, humility, and sacrificial love.
